Matt Stavroff is Founder and Managing Partner of Stavroff Land & Development, a privately held real estate investment and development company, and Managing Partner of Whittingham Capital, a Stavroff holding company headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. Stavroff oversees the company's development and investment activities.

Over the past three decades, Stavroff has acquired, developed and repositioned more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial real estate and over 1,000 acres of land. His experience spans nearly every property type, including mixed-use, retail, multifamily, student housing, industrial, office, self-storage and residential land development.

Among Stavroff's more noteworthy developments are the Tartan Ridge and Belmont Place residential communities, CenterPoint Business Park and the acquisition and repositioning of Dublin Village Center. More recent development projects include The Maxwell at the University of Kentucky and Lane & Neil at The Ohio State University. Stavroff is also leading the planned redevelopment of the approximately 55-acre Dublin Village property into a mixed-use district that, when completed, is expected to encompass more than one million square feet.

A lifelong resident of Central Ohio, Stavroff has remained actively involved in the community. He founded Elevate Basketball, a widely known Central Ohio basketball training facility that served youth, high school and college players of all skill levels.
