Severan ("Seve") Stavroff is a Principal of Stavroff Land & Development, where he focuses on mixed-use, student housing and multifamily development. He works across all phases of the development process, including investment analysis, project planning, entitlements, design coordination and development execution.

Seve has played a key role in several of the firm's most significant recent developments, including The Maxwell at the University of Kentucky and Lane & Neil at The Ohio State University. Together, these projects represent Stavroff's expansion into the student housing sector and reflect the company's continued focus on development that emphasizes thoughtful design, functionality and long-term efficiency.
