Jeff Stavroff joined Stavroff Land & Development in 1999, working alongside his brother, Matt Stavroff, and his late father, Frank Stavroff. He serves as Senior Principal of Stavroff Land & Development, where he oversees asset management, leasing and construction oversight across the company's investment portfolio.

During his career, Jeff has overseen the development, leasing, management and operation of more than two million square feet of commercial real estate. His experience spans a broad range of asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, self-storage, multifamily and residential development.

Jeff is also a Principal of Whittingham Capital, the Stavroff family's investment company, where he helps oversee the family's investments in commercial real estate, debt and equities.
