Michael Fite is a Principal of Stavroff Land & Development, where he leads planning and design and helps direct the company's development activities. Since joining Stavroff in 2020, he has played an integral role in several of the company's most significant projects, including The Maxwell at the University of Kentucky, Lane & Neil at The Ohio State University, Irish Village and the redevelopment of Dublin Village.

With more than 30 years of experience in landscape architecture, land planning and real estate development, Michael brings a unique combination of design expertise and development execution to the Stavroff team. Prior to joining the company, he spent over a decade as a development partner with Edwards Communities, where he was involved in the planning and development of thousands of multifamily and student housing units across the country.

Earlier in his career, Michael was a founder of the Edge Group, a landscape architecture and land planning firm, where he played a leading role in the planning and design of several of Central Ohio’s prominent developments, including Tuttle Crossing and the Tartan Fields, Tartan Ridge and Ballantrae residential communities.
