A student housing project, located adjacent to the University of Kentucky, containing 650-student beds and 180-structured parking spaces. The Maxwell is located adjacent to the UK campus on Maxwell Street between Lexington and Stone.  The project has been the catalyst for an entirely new student housing submarket serving the University of Kentucky.
