A two-story, mixed-use building combining a blend of retail, restaurant and office uses. Given the property location at the main intersection at N. Liberty Street and Olentangy Street in the City of Powell downtown area, particular attention was given to the architecture style and scale of the building. The redevelopment of this corner property led to a greater rebirth of downtown Powell.
